Shipping
North Star Quilt Shop happily ships to all our creative friends in the United States from our cozy home base in Pennsylvania.
When you're checking out on our website, our handy dandy system will give you an estimated shipping cost via USPS. If there's a big difference between the estimate and the actual shipping price we'll reach out to you and make sure everything is smooth sailing.
When you place an order with us, we hustle to get it out the same day or the next business day.
Your goodies typically arrive within 3-5 days.
We wish we could ship internationally, but the global shipping dance is a bit tricky. As a very small business, dealing with VAT taxes is something we haven't been able to tackle yet. Hopefully, we’ll get it sorted out soon. Please forgive us for this limitation—it's a bummer for sure! Let's keep the creativity spark alive, even if the miles separate us!
Returns
At North Star Quilt Shop, we aim to sprinkle creativity and joy into your quilting journey! While we believe in spreading fun and inspiration through our fabrics and notions, please note that all sales with us are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products purchased at our store.
We believe in the importance of maintaining the quality and integrity of our items, ensuring that each product meets our high standards before it reaches our customers. However, in the rare event that we sent the wrong fabric or cut your order too short please send us a message via email, and we'll make things right!
Ordering fabric online can be difficult. Sometimes colors on your screen might not match reality. Our photos strive to capture the hues accurately, but sometimes those sneaky shadows play tricks. If you're looking for a perfect color match, we suggest you purchase a small piece first.
Cancellations
After you order, once we've started cutting your fabulous fabric or shipped out your goodies, we won't be able to cancel it. Each piece of fabric is lovingly cut just for you, ensuring top-notch quality in every package.
If you catch us before we cut and/or ship your order, we can cancel and refund it for you. Just shoot us an email at hello@northstarquiltshop.com as soon as you decide to cancel.
